Sunflower heads make excellent natural toys and feeders for birds because they combine high-fat, nutritious food with engaging foraging behavior. The dried, seed-laden heads encourage birds to peck and shred, providing mental stimulation and exercise while acting as a sustainable, zero-waste, and cost-effective entertainment source. 
Heads vary from approximately 2" to 3.5" in length and width, with 1" to 1-1/2'' in depth.
