Canary

Canaries make great beginner birds ! They are small in size and not noisy like a parrot can be.  They enjoy being around people but do not like heavy handling in the way bigger birds do. They are social birds and it is recommended to have atleast 2 in a cage for health benefits. 
Canaries come in a variety of colors, sizing and  singing varieties !

Diet: A balanced diet for a pet canary consists of a high-quality, seed-based mix containing canary grass seed, rapeseed, and millet, supplemented by daily servings of fresh leafy greens (kale, broccoli), fruits (apple, berries), and a protein source like hard-boiled egg or egg food. Provide 1-2 teaspoons of seed daily, along with mineral blocks or cuttlebone for calcium.
