Hand-fed Severe Macaw Baby

Hand-fed and socialized Severe Macaw baby! This baby has been hand-fed from around 2-3 weeks of age allowing them to be very socialized birds once weaned! 
Severe macaws are known as “mini macaws.” They are only about 18-20” in size making them about 10” or more shorter than other macaws. 
Their feathers are mostly bright green on their backs and bellies, with a brown patch above their beak, red tips on their shoulders with blue flight feathers and red and blue tail feathers! 
Their personalities are often referred to as big macaws in small bodies. They are very intelligent, and loving birds like any other macaws are! 
Adult size: 18-20” in length and 300-400 grams in weight 
These babies come from disease tested parents and aviaries to ensure you’re bringing in a healthy bird into your home, and around your flock!
Diet: 50-60% high-quality pellets, 30-40% fresh vegetables, and 10% fruits and nuts. As a mini-macaw, they require a diet slightly higher in fat than other parrots, featuring leafy greens, orange vegetables, and daily nuts (almonds, walnuts). Always provide fresh food and water daily.
