Hand-Fed Mustache Parakeet

Hand fed and socialized baby Mustache Parakeet !
The Mustache Parakeet, also know as the red breasted parakeet, are colorful medium sized parrots, that are known to make great pets especially when they’ve been hand raised! The are very intelligent, active, and comical birds, that are also known for being excellent talkers that often prefer mimicking sounds over screaming. (Which most bird owners can appreciate.) 
While they are loyal pets, do they also prefer their alone time and may rather perch on your shoulder or hands vs being cuddled all the time. 
Coloration: They have a bright green body with a distinctive pink or salmon colored chest. They have blueish- grey head, and black mask on their chin/cheeks! 
Size: Around 13-16” in length and 100-140grams in weight. 
Diet: Should consist of a 60-70% high-quality pellets,  supplemented daily with fresh vegetables and fruits. And a small amount of seeds or nuts added in as well.  Always provide fresh water.
