To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. Thank you! *By booking a grooming you’re agreeing that Birdie Bird is not responsible for any prior health issues or injuries that might flair up during or after their appointment. Birdie Bird is allowed to refuse service if we think it’s in our best interest that the bird is not in the best state of health when we arrive.*
